Author Guidelines

All submissions will be handled electronically through the online submission system. Each paper will be peer-reviewed. Reviews will be double-blind according to PSIVT guidelines. In submitting a manuscript to this workshop, the authors acknowledge that no paper substantially similar in content has been submitted to another workshop or conference (except for dual submission to the PSIVT2015 main conference which is allowed; see PSIVT instructions for more details) during the review period.

Accepted workshop papers will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.

Paper Length and Format

Manuscripts should be submitted as PDF files and should be no more than 12 pages in the LNCS paper format; papers up to 14-pages long will be allowed, but, if accepted, authors will have to cover an extra per-page fee of NZ$100 for pages 13 and 14.

Author Kit

Articles should be prepared in English according to the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science guidelines and templates. Use this LaTeX2e template.

For the camera-ready version you will need to remove the line \usepackage{ruler} from the *.tex file.

Online Submission Site

Please submit papers (by 14th September, 2015) through the online submission site.

Registration

To have your paper included in the proceedings at least one of the authors must be registered at a full registration rate. According to IAPR rules, one registration is fine for having multiple co-authored papers at the conference.
