My understanding about computer thinking is a way of thinking that requires people to think about
problem
solving in
the same way as a computer. Computational thinking is still essentially the study of computation, of
what
problems
are going to arise from computation in the problem solving process and how to compute them.
And by learning about computational thinking, people can improve how they analyse problems and deal
with
them.
This
shows that computational thinking is a way of thinking that everyone can use in their everyday
lives,
such
as
planning a travel itinerary, creating a study schedule, whatever problem you are trying to solve,
computational
thinking can help you to solve it more efficiently.
Computational thinking helps to improve one's ability to learn. The correct use of the four steps in computational thinking, decomposition, pattern recognition, abstraction, and generalisation can help me to learn programming skills faster. For example, when learning a new lesson, it helps to reduce the cognitive difficulty by breaking down large chunks of information into relatively small parts, thus making learning more efficient. Another aspect that helps is that it can help individuals to exercise holistic thinking and rigorous logic in the process of learning.
