MATLAB^TM  Gamma test files for Windows & Linux

To use the files in this directory you must have already installed MATLAB^TM . These MATLAB^TM files are designed to offer the user a flexible compiled fast Gamma test. The callable C-code routines have been compiled for Windows or Linux.

Basically these programs can construct near neighbour lists and run fast Gamma tests on large data sets. The C-code is based on the Sam Kemp modification of ANN - using (optionally) approximate near neighbour algorithms (therefore considerably faster). This combination of MATLAB and Compiled C-code offers great flexibility in the design of analysis routines and the graphical presentation of results.

The other support files for graphical presentation and analysis are 'rough and ready' and include the M-test with heuristic confidence intervals as described in [Jones 2006] .
