Notification: 18th July 2025 (Juried by committee).
Camera-Ready Deadline: 31st August 2025 @ 23:59 GMT.
Call
The Doctoral Consortium provides an opportunity for research students to present and discuss their dissertation research with senior researchers and other students in an interdisciplinary workshop setting. We invite applications from students who have defined their dissertation research direction but still have substantial work to complete.

Submission Guidelines
- A paper up to 4 pages long (excluding references). This section will be published, and should include:
- Author name, affiliation, and contact information. The advisors and collaborators of the students cannot co-author submissions
- Problem statement and motivation
- Related work and background
- Research questions and objectives
- Methodology and current status
- Results and/or expected contributions
- A 2-page curriculum vitae and Timeline for completion (not to be published)
- Submissions are not anonymous and must be single-authored by a doctoral student.
- Doctoral students who already attended or are accepted to another Doctoral Consortium or equivalent events are not prioritized.
Please adhere to the Electronic Workshops in Computing paper format. Authors should submit their documents in PDF format as a single PDF.
Review Process:
All submissions will undergo a juried-by-committee process. Participants will be selected based on:
- The quality and clarity of their research proposal
- The potential benefit from participation in the consortium
- The contribution to the diversity of topics, methods, and perspectives in the consortium
