I have today set up an agent in the States that deal directly with requests for CDs.
By sending the equivalent of £10 (inc p&p), which I think is approx $16 to the address below, you will receive an acknowledgement when we have received your cheque and then when the cheque has cleared, you will be notified that the CD has been sent to you.
