Guardian angel
- Midi file ---- the original version off One truth Band bits only. Arranged for piano. Although guitar sounds can be easily substituted. The right hand part is played an octave higher.
- Midi file --- the Friday Night in San Francisco version (sequenced by Benjamin Tubb). (Minor changes to bum notes and midi - 28/7/98 by me).
East Side West Side --- off Mahavishnu 84. The synclavier (horn patch) gtr solo + keyboard + bass + some really crap drum rhythm (not cobham's part). I hate midi drum programming and do not have the source music anymore. Sure hope this gets out on CD. Taken from A "Guitar Player" Transcription also in "New Directions in Modern Guitar" --- a book of a collection of guitar player interviews, published by Hal Leonard.
Manha Da Carnaval --- backing gtr bit off the Trio CD. Although John has played this track for several years. It is on the Meeting of Spirits video.

This guy deserves huge ammounts of praise. He has singled handedly midified the Mahavishnu SongBook. This book had until recently been out of print since 1976. It was republished in February 2007. Details here.

I also have 4 John related Midis. Tracks he has played in concert or recorded. But the versions are not really as he did it.

Spain --- the Chick Corea song. I find this great to play guitar along to. John has played this frequently in concert on the Guitar Trio tour last as an encore with his Trio and with Katia Labeque. He also arranged for the Labeque Sisters CD he produced "Love of Colours"
