The world wide web (W3) is a practical project that aims to create a universal global knowledge by utilising current technology. Moreover, it was created as a repository of human knowledge that would allow remote collaborators to share their ideas and to form a joint endeavour.
The web is important for everyone in the world because it provides individual with the opportunity to communicate with each other; in addition to remotely share information, documents and resources. For instance, living aboard will be easy with the internet that gives anyone the opportunity to use instant messages, voice calls or video calls.

Furthermore, the web is playing a significant role in improving teaching effectiveness and to make the teaching process easier and understandable. Not just in teaching but also in other sector such as healthcare. The web is essential for everyone to search for any information or advice as well as access to patient records in the health field.
